Today, the Abnormals Gallery in Poznan received the message from the Stroeer Crporation /stroeer.de/, which is a leader in outdoor media in Germany, that the gallery’s commercial order, to show the poster on several billboards in the center in Berlin, cannot be accepted due to ‘aesthetic reasons’. My concept of this poster might be provocative but the commercial politeness is worse than political or ideological censorship. How to fight against it? Is there any chance to talk to somebody if the commercial risk is involved?
